Delhi to Agra (by Gatimaan Express at 08:10 AM and 09:50 AM)

In the morning, a driver will pick you up from your accommodation in Delhi and take you to Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station, where you can board the Gatimaan Express train to Agra. It is the country’s first semi-fast train. The train will offer breakfast. When you arrive in Agra, meet with our agent or private guide, who will let you see the captivating Taj Mahal, one of the world’s seven wonders. This amazing edifice is so beautiful that there aren’t enough words to describe it. View the Taj Mahal’s white marble decorations, calligraphy, latticework, fountains, pools, mosque, etc.

Afternoon: You will eat lunch at a neighbourhood restaurant to sample the specialties and cuisines of the area.

You will tour the Agra Fort, which was built between 1565 and 1573 by Emperor Akbar, after lunch. About 2 kilometres upstream from the Taj Mahal, it is located on the west bank of the Yamuna River. Learn about the fort’s Courtyard, Khas Mahal, Private Audience Hall, Nagina Masjid, Mirror Palace, and ladies mart.

You will visit Itimad-Ud-Daulah Tomb, also referred as as the tiny Taj, if time allows. This is due to the fact that it is the first mausoleum in India to be constructed entirely out of marble.

Agra - Delhi (By Gatimaan Express Train at 17:50 PM and19:30 PM)

You will be driven to the Agra Railway Station in the evening to catch the train back to Delhi. After arriving in Delhi, take a taxi to your accommodation.
